Scope of Activities:
- Supervision of design at all stages,
- Comprehensive engineering activities - obtaining all necessary permits for construction and commissioning,
- Preparation and coordination of construction start, site handover, notification of construction start to control authorities including necessary documentation,
- Supervision and control of construction progress on behalf of the builder and investor,
- Commenting on the construction contract,
- Budget and cost control,
- Addressing necessary technical changes arising from the actual state during implementation,
- Raising claims for defects and unfinished work,
- Acceptance of the work and handover for operation.
