- Identifying the current state of individual operations in the complex, technical and layout constraints, and development needs for the near future,
- Proposing countermeasures to reduce the energy demands of the facilities,
- Proposing development and increasing the capacity of operations,
- Collaboration and coordination with architects, professional designers, energy auditors, and technology suppliers,
- Revising parking policies,
- Enhancing the attractiveness of the work environment by incorporating greenery, green elements, and using higher-quality facade materials,
- Preparing investment costs, calculating energy and operational savings to demonstrate the economic feasibility of the investment,
- Coordinating, supervising, and ensuring visual and data outputs of proposals and presentation alignment.
