Scope of Activities:
- Assignment, coordination, and supervision of project changes before completion,
- Preparation of the Notification of Proposed Activity Change (EIA) and engineering activities to obtain a valid decision,
- Comprehensive engineering activities for project changes before completion through IPKZ changes by the specialized construction authority Slovak Environmental Inspection,
- Preparation of documents, management, and evaluation of the contractor selection process,
- Preparation of contractual conditions and commenting on the construction contract,
- Securing partners for the builder and coordinating operations, contractors, construction supervisors, surveyors, authors, and safety coordinators before construction begins,
- Protocol-based site handover on behalf of the contractor, notification of construction start to control authorities including preparation and securing of necessary documents,
- Supervision and control of construction progress in collaboration with the construction supervisor and surveyor,
- Securing blasting works after identifying increased soil excavation class (rocky subsoil) not captured in the geotechnical survey, including control of eligibility and obtaining permits for the execution of the required mining works,
- Securing the preparation of a geological report for categorizing the actual soil class,
- Budget and cost control,
- Addressing technical changes during implementation in collaboration with operations, the builder, the project designer, and the construction supervisor,
- Identifying defects and unfinished work, raising claims,
- Requesting, collecting, and reviewing construction documents from the contractor,
- Comprehensive engineering activities for obtaining the final building approval.
